Show up ten minutes early.

Wear what you would wear on a long walk. Sneakers, water bottle, a towel if you like one. The instructor will help you find the room and a low-pressure spot.

Tell us it is your first time.

You do not need to know the moves. New folks usually stand center-back: best sightlines, easiest exits, zero spotlight.

Stay five minutes after.

That is where the room gets friendlier. Ask a question, meet the regulars, and let someone save you a spot next week.

Before you walk in.

Do I need to be coordinated?+

No. The instructor cues repeatable moves, offers options, and expects first-timers to take what works.

What do I wear?+

Sneakers, comfortable clothes, and anything you can sweat in. No dress code. No mirror test.

Can I bring someone?+

Please do. REFIT is built for the friend who said yes in the group text.

Do I need to register?+

Some classes ask you to reserve ahead, and some are drop-in friendly. Use the Register button when it appears; otherwise More Info will take you to the instructor details.
